HOST RULES

By making a payment for any of our photography services or studio bookings, you are confirming that you have reviewed and agreed to our refund policy and hosting regulations prior to booking.

MEMBER ON-SITE 

During your booking, one of our team members will be on-site in the office.

 

PRICING BY GROUP SIZE 

Please let us know how many people will attend so we can best accommodate and prepare. We have different pricing for small vs. large groups. 

Your booking includes up to 6 people (including yourself) during your session.

Larger groups:

7-9 guests cost + $25/hr. 

10-15 guests + $50/hr. 

16-20 guests +75/hr.

An additional invoice will be sent to you before booking, or you will be responsible for paying onsite.

More guests = more wear and tear/cleaning. The number of attendees includes yourself, the crew, parents/guardians, children, assistants, etc. Please respect this rule and let us know if you will add guests.

 

NO UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN 

While children are welcome in the space, they must be supervised at all times due to the presence of sharp edges, stairs, elevated platforms, and curtain rods that could pose safety risks. Children are not allowed in any sets or areas where they are not being photographed. Additionally, children are not permitted to stand on the concrete platform or stairs unless they are being photographed.

PLATFORM RESTRICTIONS:

Food and drinks are strictly prohibited on the concrete platform area, as they can cause stains that are difficult to remove with standard cleaning. If traces of food or liquids are found on the platform, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged.

BOOKING TIMES 

Please note that all start and end times include setup and tear-down times. Any late check-outs will be charged $125 per hour! 

Early arrivals (often production, hair, or makeup artists) will be allowed 5 minutes early. 

We schedule our employees and cleaning times to accommodate only the hours your booking is scheduled for.

 

OVERTIME 

Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated, and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end of your booking reservation. 
 

CLEANING / DAMAGES 

Cleaning Fee: A standard cleaning fee of $100 is waived for all bookings. However, guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition they found it. Please respect the space and tidy up after your event.

Setup and Teardown: Guests are responsible for removing all decorations, equipment, or rentals brought into the space. Please include setup and teardown time within your booking hours.

Trash Disposal: Guests must bag all garbage and place it in the dumpster at the back of the building. A hostess will provide instructions on where to dispose of bagged trash.

Studio Cleaning: Guests are responsible for sweeping the studio to remove trash, food, or liquid. The bathroom must be left tidy, with no damage to the toilet system. Guests must ensure the toilet is flushed before leaving. Failure to meet these expectations may incur an additional $150 cleaning fee.

Care for the Space: Please take great care of the studio.

  • No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items are allowed on the walls.

  • Any tape or adhesive materials used must be adequately removed.

  • Guests will be billed for any damages to walls, floors, furniture, or other property.

Damages Fee: If damages occur, an additional invoice will be issued and payment will be required onsite before departure.

NO FOOD OR LIQUID IN NON FUNCTIONAL SINK

We provide large rolling garbage to dispose of your food. Please use our wet wipes to clean the sink and countertops, and use cutting boards to cut all food. Preserving the laminate marble countertops is crucial to our business, and failure to listen/comply will result in a $150 cleaning fee. We reiterated this rule in the initial walk-through, and signs are everywhere. No excuses.

 

STUDIO CONDITION 

You must return the studio to the condition that it was when you arrived. We encourage you to get creative with it; please be mindful when moving props! There is a re-setting fee of $50-$150 if the condition you have left the studio in does not meet our standards. All equipment/props/backdrops must be returned to their original place within the booking time. 

You will be charged for damages, missing items, and extra cleaning services. For any substances that require extra cleaning, we charge an added cleaning fee of $150.



NO PETS

We love animals. This is not the space for them, however.

 

NO SMOKING/VAPING 

There is no smoking or vaping of any kind on the premises, including Cigarettes, Cannabis, tobacco, E-Cigarettes, and vaping. There is a $500 fine. This is Delaware state law. We are strict about this, as it would ruin our business.

  

NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY/DRUGS 

Fines apply, and we reserve the right to remove you from the premises.

 

NOISE 

We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a sensible volume.

 

NO PORN 

No porn films. Nudity is allowed. No sex! 

 

NO PARTIES

 

NO FAKE BLOOD/BODY PAINT 

This is very challenging to clean up/stains and our business/aesthetic depends on keeping our space clean and modern. Failure to comply will result in a $100 cleaning fee. 

 

NO ROLLER SKATING, NO GLITTER/CONFETTI 

This is also challenging to clean up. Please do not wear loose glitter or fully glittered outfits that shed and drop glitter all over. Failure to comply will result in a $100 cleaning fee. 

 

NO FILMING OUTSIDE OF THE STUDIO 

This includes the back hallway or exterior of the building. This booking only covers the specific unit in our building and nothing else on the premises. 

 

SECURITY CAMERAS 

There are security cameras in the non-private areas of the space. By agreeing to this booking, you also acknowledge that our surveillance camera will record (including sound) during your booking time. This footage will never be used unless an issue occurs during booking. This is for everyone's protection. 

 

DAMAGES 

You will be accountable for any damages to the space and charged according to the value of those items. 

 

INJURIES 

We're not liable for injuries.

 

Production insurance is not required.

 

Furniture and decorations may be moved.

Furniture can be moved around but not removed from the unit/building. We ask that the space be returned to the condition it was in before the booking.

 

Smoke machines are allowed.

 

Security cameras and recording devices

We use ten cameras visibly located in the studio. There is full privacy with no cameras in the dressing area or bathrooms.
