REFUND POLICY

By making a payment for any of our photography services or studio bookings, you are confirming that you have reviewed and agreed to our refund policy and hosting regulations prior to booking.

DEPOSITS: 

Your deposit confirms that you commit to reserving our space exclusively and not entertaining other requests. 

For requests 8 days or more in advance, a deposit is necessary to secure your booking, which is applied to your final balance. Your final payment must be settled 4 days prior to your booking. Full payment is required upon reservation for booking requests less than 8 days in advance.

 

REFUNDS: 

All bookings are subject to a grace period which provides a 50% refund to your initial deposit within 8 days to your booking date but no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled booking i.e. Bookings confirmed less than 8 days prior to scheduled booking are not subject to this grace period.

There are no refunds for unused time. You will not have the option to roll over any unused time. If you wrap up early, there are no refunds, as we have blocked off that time, planned employee hours, and scheduled cleaning and cannot recover those hours, which could have gone to another potential guest. 

Booked hours are booked hours. 

 

RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION

Guests may cancel or reschedule their booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a credit (excluding Fees) of their booking price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are not refundable. 

Should you cancel between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time, you will receive a credit that can be utilized to book the studio one time within 90 days from your original schedule date. However, your credit will be forfeited if you cancel less than 24 hours before the Event start time or fail to book within the 90 days from your original schedule date.

 

NO SHOW - NO CALL

If you fail to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your booking start time, any payments or future credits made for your booking will be forfeited.

 

LATE SESSIONS

Late clients lose time from the session—no refunds for late arrival.
